Jen offers one-on-one single-sport and triathlon coaching, based on your needs and goals. Are you new to triathlon? Want to complete in a half-Ironman, Ironman, or marathon? Qualify for the Boston marathon? Whatever your goal is, I can assist you in achieving it. All training plans are individually prepared by Jen, with an emphasis on YOU. Coached athletes will receive a structured training plan, online workout tracking account, daily or weekly review of progress (if desired), weekly or monthly phone call to discuss progress or issues, and unrestricted text/email with Jen throughout the training period. Athletes will also receive advice on equipment selection, key race performance planning and strategy, race selection, and race performance. As a main objective and included in the coaching package, V-Edge Racing is proud to offer athletes assistance on maintaining or transitioning to a plant-based or vegan diet – with help on food choices, food prep, and race-day and training nutrition. Jen does not offer dietitian services, but can offer advice and support for vegan/plant-based athletes as they work toward their athletic goals. Athletes do not need to be vegan to be coached – all types of athletes are welcome. Coaching by V-Edge Racing is offered at a monthly rate and duration is based on your racing schedule and goals.

Depending on your ability and goals, athletes may benefit from in-person coaching sessions for single or multi-sport. Jen offers in-person swim, bike, or run sessions to help athletes train with the proper skill set. In-person sessions are not guaranteed based on your location and are offered separately from individual coaching plans – please contact V-Edge Racing for details.
